Our Story
What is the Eureka Learning Center
Eureka Learning Center began on October 1, 2015 with one simple goal – to create a unique space where children can grow, learn and develop in two language cultures. In 2023, we moved to a new, spacious facility in south Calgary, allowing us to greatly expand our capacity. Our mission is to help every child reach their potential through quality education and well-rounded development. We believe that being bilingual opens up new horizons for children, which is why we teach in both Russian and English.
Russian as a foreign language
The Russian as a Foreign Language program is unique in that it helps bilingual children stay in touch with their families and relatives outside of Canada. Often grandparents and other loved ones live there, for whom Russian remains the primary means of communication. For children born in Canada, learning Russian becomes a way to better understand their parents, for whom English is their second language, while for the children themselves it is their first language.
Library and book club
Our library offers free access to books for children and their families. Every week we hold book club meetings where we discuss interesting stories and share our impressions. Reading is the way to new knowledge and friends!
Today, Eureka is a unique learning center where children of all ages find their vocation. Our classes are attended by preschoolers and schoolchildren from 1st to 12th grade, united by the desire for knowledge and fun discoveries in an atmosphere of creativity and joy.

At the Eureka Learning Center, we offer a variety of programs that encompass both academic and creative development. Whether your child is interested in math, coding, music or languages, our experienced teachers will help them reach their potential in a fun and supportive environment. All programs are designed to meet the needs of children of different ages, so that learning is not only fun, but also enjoyable.

Eureka Childcare
Our childcare is a place where kids from 2 to 6 years old spend their time with benefit and pleasure. Here every day is filled with games, creativity and communication in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We have created a space where your child will feel at home, and you can be calm for his development and comfort.

Summer camp
Our summer camp is a unique combination of fun, creativity and unobtrusive learning. Here, children from 5 to 12 years old spend their time having fun, discovering new hobbies and developing their talents.
Thematic weeks
Every week we have a new and exciting theme! For example, last year we traveled the world during geography week (India, China) and built amazing worlds during Minecraft week. And in the summer of 2025 we will travel back in time: Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome and Ancient Egypt are waiting to be explored.
A summer that inspires

- Creativity and Crafting: Molding, painting, crafting and even constructing in Minecraft for boys and girls.
